Product Description

1. Hard Biscuit production Line

Hard biscuit is a classic type of dry bakery product with firm and chewy texture. It adopts tough dough as the raw material base, and goes through four core processing stages: expansion-shaping-dehydration-coloring to form the unique texture of tough biscuits.

Cracker also belongs to the soda biscuit category, which generally adopts the sponge-and-dough two-stage fermentation method. Besides the essential raw materials such as flour, water and wheat base ingredients, leavening agents and raw materials for enhancing biscuit toughness are also indispensable in the formula. These ingredients perfectly guarantee the typical chewy and firm mouthfeel of tough biscuits.

Our company is equipped with fully automatic hard biscuit production lines. The additional Laminator is specially designed for cracker soda biscuit production, realizing semi-pressing and precision pressing of dough sheets. The combination of Rotary cutter and customized protruding biscuit moulds realizes diversified shaping of tough biscuits. The whole process including baking, cooling, biscuit sorting and final packaging can be completed on one line, achieving perfect production of high-quality hard biscuits and crackers.

2.Laminator:

1.This machine is used for producing chewy biscuits, pressing and layering dough to create a layered texture.

2.The roller gap is manually controlled using a displacement sensor with precise digital display.

3.The roller motor is frequency-controlled for easy adjustment.

4.The scraper uses 2mm thick blades, which are effective at cleaning without damaging the rollers.

5.The main drive uses chain drive.

6.The upper and lower trolleys are controlled by servo motors, ensuring precise and convenient control of dough width.

7.The conveyor belt is pneumatically tensioned and uses pneumatic correction to prevent deviation.

8.Equipped with emergency stop switches, automatic alarms, and other safety protection devices.

9.Transition method: Flat roller transition.

10.Adopts a design with no dead corners for hygiene, ensuring safety and hygiene.

3.Rotary Cutter

1.This machine is used for shaping tough biscuits and soda crackers. The dough is formed into various shapes after passing through the machine.

2.The molds are driven by servo motors for more precise control.

3.The molds and conveyor belt are controlled by independent motors for easy adjustment.

4.Mold pressure is controlled by airbags and the gap is controlled by a touch screen, resulting in more precise pressure control.

5.Equipped with a dough pressing roller device to ensure the dough adheres better to the conveyor belt and prevent air bubbles from forming between the dough and the belt.

6.The conveyor belt uses pneumatic tensioning and pneumatic alignment.

7.Equipped with emergency stop switches, automatic alarms, and other safety protection devices.

8.Transition method: A smooth, rounded blade transition.
