Automatic Pre-Feeding Flour System for Biscuit Production Line

This system is specially designed for the front-end process of biscuit production lines. It adopts vacuum feeding mode and is equipped with a large-capacity flour storage silo. It realizes integrated operations of automatic conveying, dust removal and sieving, constant temperature storage, and quantitative feeding for flour and powdered sugar.

The machine adopts a fully enclosed structure to prevent dust leakage and improve the workshop production environment. Equipped with high-precision variable-frequency feeding and vibrating sieve to filter impurities, it ensures uniform particle size and lump-free condition for both flour and powdered sugar.

It supports dual-material feeding of flour and powdered sugar, accurately matching the feeding requirements of dough mixing and sheeting processes. With stable and controllable feeding and smooth discharging, it greatly reduces manual feeding cost. It ensures fine texture and consistent taste of biscuit dough from the source, suitable for production lines of soda biscuits, cookies, hard biscuits and other types of biscuits.
