Pet biscuits include two types: hard pet biscuits and soft pet biscuits, each with unique features. They adopt different forming methods: hard biscuits are formed by roller cutting, while soft biscuits are formed by roller printing.

Introduction
The horizontal dough mixer is used for dough making. Through kneading, rolling and folding during mixing, the dough becomes smooth with excellent elasticity, hardness and extensibility. It is suitable for both hard and soft biscuits.
The mixer is equipped with a horizontal single S-shaped mixing arm, U-shaped mixing tank, fixed tank cover, bilateral turning and electric discharging. It adopts PLC control and touchscreen operation, with a hygienic design free of dead corners. Safety devices such as emergency stop switch and automatic alarm are installed.
In the dough conveying and forming stage, our dual-purpose production line can produce both types of biscuits and flexibly adjust to make various biscuit shapes, either hard or soft.
For hard pet biscuits, a roller cutting machine with a scrap dough separating and recycling system is adopted.
For soft pet biscuits, a roller printing machine is used for one-step forming without any scrap dough, enabling direct conveying and baking for fast production.
