This series comprises horizontal dough mixers in four capacity models (250kg, 400kg, 550kg, 600kg), specifically designed for biscuit dough (hard and soft types). Key common features include: frequency conversion speed regulation (20-40 rpm), U-shaped mixing tank, PLC and touch screen control, hygienic dead-angle-free structure, emergency stop switches and automatic alarm safety devices, a jacketed mixing tank (for cold/hot water circulation with digital temperature display), and a standard stainless steel feeding trolley.

Product Description

Primary differences lie in capacity, overall dimensions, weight, main motor power, tilting motor/hydraulic cylinder power, unloading method, and blade form (Double S-type, Single Paddle, Double Z-type). All models maintain consistency in material standards and core component brands: side plates are chrome-plated Q235 carbon steel; dough-contact parts (tank, shaft, paddles) are stainless steel; outer cover is SUS304 stainless steel; bearings are Japanese NSK; motor and reducer are German SEW/Siemens; and control electrical components are primarily French Schneider.
