The SINOBAKE Servo Laminator is a professional automated dough laminating machine for industrial baking production. It is widely used for puff pastries, laminated breads and multi-layer biscuits. With high-precision servo control, the machine realizes accurate dough cutting, consistent layering and stable conveying, effectively improving product uniformity and production efficiency.

1. Key Performance & Process Advantages

This machine adopts cut-off lamination technology with adjustable 8–12 layers, meeting diverse laminated pastry production needs. Equipped with photoelectric eye tracking electric cutting system and adjustable rotary knife, it delivers clean and neat dough cutting without adhesion or damage.

Designed with double feeding and double calendering, it ensures uniform dough sheet thickness. The dough thickness is electrically adjustable, with a 600mm calendering width and optional 950mm/1150mm laminating width. The servo synchronous control system precisely manages sheet length, conveyor speed and lamination layers, avoiding dough deformation and ensuring stable finished quality.

2. Food-Grade & Durable Structure

All food-contact parts adopt 304 stainless steel, and the whole machine features a dead-angle-free structure for easy cleaning and full food safety compliance. Core rollers and transition knives are treated with anti-rust, non-stick hard chrome plating, reaching HRC 58-62 high hardness for excellent wear resistance and long service life.

Thickened Q235 carbon steel side plates and frame plates ensure stable structure, supporting 24-hour continuous industrial operation. The matched thickened scraper cleans thoroughly without damaging roller surfaces.

3. Stable & Intelligent Control System

Rollers and conveyor belt adopt independent motor drive for flexible and precise parameter adjustment. The production line uses European imported 1.3mm PU food-grade belt, equipped with Korean pneumatic tensioning device and anti-deviation guides to ensure stable and deviation-free operation. The driving roller features non-toxic oil-resistant rubber coating, safe for food production.

It is equipped with SEW/Siemens motor and reducer with frequency conversion speed regulation. The high-precision displacement sensor realizes real-time roller gap detection and digital display. All speed and thickness parameters can be easily controlled via touch screen, simple to operate and debug.

4. Flexible & Safe Production Design

The machine is fitted with emergency stop safety devices to guarantee operational safety. Core configurations adopt French control components and Japanese bearings for stable performance and low failure rate. The equipment supports flexible installation modes, featuring compact layout to save factory space, and can be customized according to product types and workshop conditions.
