Multi Die Roll Flexible Production
Can be fitted with two or more die rolls for intricate shaped biscuits. Rolls can run independently to make different products on one line. Boost output, efficiency and improve product quality & whole processing flow.
Automatic Scrap Dough Recycling System
Integrated scrap remount installable at discharge end. Waste dough is transported back to dough handling system for full reuse to cut raw material cost.
Fully Adjustable Precision Forming
Gap between die roll & conveyor, plus belt compression pressure are adjustable. Standard dough sheet thickness: 0.89mm–1.65mm; thicker dough sheets are supported. Die roll options: engraved bronze, coated metal, plastic sleeves.
Dual Independent Servo Drive for Precise Molding
Separate servo motor for die roll, independent motor for conveyor belt. Touch screen controls gap & forming pressure accurately. Press roller sticks dough tightly to belt to eliminate air bubbles.
Pneumatic Conveyor Belt Control
Pneumatic auto tensioning & automatic deviation correction keeps belt stable during long-hour high-speed operation, less manual maintenance.
Sanitary & Safe Structure
Arc flat transition design with no hygiene dead corners; food contact parts in 304 stainless steel. Emergency stop & auto alarm for safety. GQ1500/GQ1800 equipped with quick-release chucks for fast mold change.
