All rollers adopt anti-rust and anti-stick treatment with surface hardness HRC58-62. The machine supports stepless frequency conversion speed regulation and is powered by standard 380V/50Hz (customizable).
The machine adopts food-grade SUS304 stainless steel for hopper, cover and pallet, with 6mm 304 stainless steel conveyor frame. Side plates are made of Q235 carbon steel with hard chrome plating. All idle rollers and transition blades are hard-chromed for wear resistance.
It is equipped with SEW/Siemens geared motor, Schneider electric components and NSK bearings. The food-grade PU conveyor belt is oil-resistant and compliant with food hygiene standards, with neat wiring and aluminum alloy cable tray.
Precise Digital Control: Displacement sensor detects roller gap in real time; touch screen controls thickness and speed for accurate and consistent dough rolling.
Independent Dual Drive: Rollers and conveyor belt adopt separate motor control for flexible parameter adjustment; chain main drive ensures stable power output.
Hygienic Structure: Dead-corner-free design with smooth roller transition and 2mm thick anti-scratch scraper, effectively keeping the machine clean without residue.
Safe & Stable Operation: Equipped with belt anti-deviation device, emergency stop switch and automatic fault alarm to ensure continuous and safe production.
