Automatic Dough Scrap Recovery for Biscuit Production
SINOBAKE Dough Scrap Recycle Conveyor is designed to collect and return excess dough and edge trimmings generated during biscuit forming and cutting.
The recycled dough is automatically conveyed back to the designated feeding position for reuse, helping reduce dough waste, improve material utilization and maintain continuous production.
Main Features
1. Front or Side Scrap Recovery
Two recovery methods are available: front recovery and side recovery, suitable for different production line layouts.
2. Automatic Dough Recycling
Automatically collects and conveys dough scraps back to the production system, reducing manual handling and material waste.
3. Variable Speed Control
The conveyor speed is controlled through a touch screen with stepless frequency adjustment, allowing synchronization with the main production line.
4. Stable Belt Conveying
The conveyor uses a food-grade PU belt with manual tensioning and an anti-deviation guide to ensure smooth operation.
5. Hygienic & Safe Design
The main frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a hygienic structure and easy-to-clean surfaces. Emergency stop and automatic alarm systems improve operational safety.
