Product Description
The 3-Roll Dough Sheeter is designed for dough feeding and initial sheeting in hard biscuit production lines. Using a three-roll sheeting structure, the machine continuously compresses and sheets the dough into a consistent layer, providing a stable dough sheet for subsequent gauging, rotary cutting, baking, and other processing stages.
The machine features an adjustable working width of 550–1750 mm, providing greater flexibility for different production line configurations and capacity requirements.
The dough thickness can be electrically adjusted from 15 to 30 mm. A displacement sensor monitors the roller gap, while the dough thickness is digitally displayed and the machine speed and thickness can be conveniently controlled through the touch screen.
The working width can be configured from 550 to 1750 mm according to different production requirements, making the machine suitable for various industrial biscuit production lines.
The sheeting thickness can be electrically adjusted from 15–30 mm. The roller gap is monitored by a displacement sensor and the thickness is displayed digitally, providing accurate and stable dough thickness control.
The sheeting rollers and conveyor are driven by independent motors. Their operating speeds can be adjusted separately according to the dough characteristics and production process.
Both the feeding roller and lower roller have a diameter of Ø300 mm. Their surfaces receive special anti-rust and anti-stick treatment, with a surface hardness of HRC58–62, providing reliable performance and long service life.
The machine is equipped with a 2 mm thin scraper blade, which effectively removes dough residue from the roller surface while minimizing damage to the rollers.
A food-grade PU conveyor belt is used for hygienic and reliable dough conveying. Anti-tracking guide strips help prevent belt deviation and ensure smooth transfer of the dough sheet to the next processing stage.
The covers, support plates, and hopper are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel. The machine adopts a hygienic structure with minimized dead corners, making cleaning and maintenance easier and helping meet modern food production requirements.
The machine is equipped with emergency stop switches and automatic alarm systems. The main transmission uses a chain drive and can be fitted with reliable components from recognized brands such as SEW/Siemens, Schneider, and NSK.
